We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid course purchases. If you are unsatisfied with a paid course for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@meridianinstituteai.com for a full refund. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued if we determine that a user has completed the course and earned a certificate before requesting a refund, or if the refund request is part of a pattern of abuse.

Certificates are issued upon passing the final assessment for a course track with the required passing score. Certificates represent that the holder completed the course content and passed an assessment at the time of issuance.
